Employee Health Benefits And Business Health Programs
Full time employees have full access to our employee health benefits and employee health programs at time of hire. Furthermore, each employee can choose different employee health benefits based on their individual needs.
During Open Enrollment You Can:
1. Enroll yourself or change your eligible dependents for medical and dental coverage.
2. Remove dependents from your medical and dental plans.
3. Enroll in or change election amounts to the Flexible Spending Accounts.
4. Enroll in Health Savings Account (must elect Flexible Blue, CDHP plan)
The choices you make during open enrollment cannot be changed again until next
year’s open enrollment period, unless you experience qualified family status
changes during the year. Additionally, if you do not enroll for coverage at
time of hire, you must wait until our next annual open enrollment period. Unless you
experience a qualified family status change you may not change your plan until next open enrollment.
